Additional Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Monday, May 11, 2026 and Thursday, June 11, 2026

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 40% late fee

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Thursday, June 11, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight

Direct Shipments

DIRECT SHIPPING*

Willwork will be on site to receive direct shipments to the Colorado Convention Center on:

Wednesday, June 17, 2026 (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. ONLY.)
Thursday, June 18, 2026 (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. ONLY.)

* The Colorado Convention Center Resort prefers NOT TO RECEIVE Exhibitor Materials as they do not have sufficient storage space or personnel. If you choose to ship to the Venue and your shipment arrives prior to Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. you may incur a receiving charge by the Venue AND a receiving charge from Willwork.
