Additional Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Tuesday, October 13, 2026 and Friday, November 6, 2026

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 30% late fee

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, November 6, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight

Direct Shipments

Willwork will be on site to receive direct shipments to the Wynn Resort on:

Saturday, November 14, 2026 (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. ONLY.)
Sunday, November 15, 2026 (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. ONLY.)

* The Wynn Resort prefers NOT TO RECEIVE Exhibitor Materials as they do not have sufficient storage space or personnel. If you choose to ship to the Venue and your shipment arrives prior to Saturday, November 14, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. you may incur a receiving charge by the Venue AND a receiving charge from Willwork.
