Outside carriers must be checked in with the Willwork Dock Supervisor at The JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country by Friday, October 16 at 5:30 p.m.

STANDARD KIOSK EQUIPMENT

Each Vendor Kiosk includes the following equipment:

• Backwall  (Graphic Panel A: 40” wide x 90" high)
• Counter  (Graphic Panel C:  34.25” wide x 39.38” high)
• Optional Counter Graphic Panels (B1 or B2: 18" wide x 39.44"high - $65.00 each panel)
• Vendor Kiosk Package and PDF Order Form:  Click Here
• 150 DPI – PRINTABLE PDF OR ILLUSTRATOR FILE**
• **All graphic files to be submitted no later than:  Friday, September 4, 2026
• Graphics Late Fee Schedule:  Sept 5th-25th = $346.50  / Sept 26th-October 9 = $787.50
