Additional Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Monday, June 29, 2026 and Friday, July 24, 2026

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 30% late fee

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, July 24, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight

Willwork will be on site to receive direct shipments to The Anaheim Convention Center on:

* The Anaheim Convention Center prefers NOT TO RECEIVE Exhibitor Materials as they do not have sufficient storage space or personnel. If you choose to ship to the Venue and your shipment arrives prior to Monday, August 3, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. you may incur a receiving charge by the Venue AND a receiving charge from Willwork.
