To make your included panel/accessory selections, please complete and submit the panel/accessory selection form below (based on your booth size) by:
Friday, November 6, 2026*
*Please note: All Hardwall Booths that have not submitted this form will be set with all PVC panels and no accessories.
Any changes to the booth layout or accessory choices after the deadline date will be charged to the exhibitor.

Please Note: Failure to submit form on time will result in the following late fee schedule:
November 7 – November 20 = $ 250
November 21 – December 4 = $350
December 5 – December 24 = $ 450
